Abstract

The banking and insurance metaverse is a complex virtual environment built using a number of cutting-edge technologies, including blockchain, artificial intelligence, and virtual reality. It aims to simplify interactions and business procedures within the banking and financial sectors by providing consumers and corporations with engaging and realistic experiences. Users wearing VR glasses may interact via personas with other users and virtual objects in virtual reality environments. Although the information technology community no longer uses it as their preferred word, the banking industry is beginning to pay attention to the metaverse.
