Abstract

The landscape of Human Resources (HR) communication has undergone a profound transformation, evolving from traditional methods to the integration of cutting-edge AI chatbots. This chapter examines the transition from traditional methods, such as face-to-face meetings, printed notes, and bulletin boards, to the digital revolution. This study investigates the impact of AI chatbots on HR communication by exploring two key questions: First, how do AI chatbots improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR communication when compared to traditional methods? Second, what are the potential challenges associated with integrating AI chatbots into HR communication processes? The findings aim to provide insights into the benefits and limitations of adopting AI technology in HR. This study is based on qualitative data, drawing from existing conceptual papers, peer-reviewed articles, and websites. This chapter investigates the advantages of AI chatbots, while also addressing concerns about data privacy, security, and the importance of preserving a human touch.
