Abstract

Robotic process automation (RPA) is an automation technology that airline sectors can benefit from because the airline business is the most global of all, and externalities are likely to have a significant influence and transform it. A generally robust global economic background, particularly earlier in the year, encouraged air passenger demand, which in turn supported employment, earnings, and company activity, as well as strong industry competition, which helped keep airfares low for passengers. Relevant to the increase in passenger numbers, operational costs were rising (i.e., the companies with huge volumes but poor margins are continuously looking for new methods to cut costs and boost efficiency). Robotic process automation (RPA) is a vital technology to meet both of these requirements. Robotic process automation (RPA) is known for its high operational accuracy, reliability, and for enabling organizations to conform rapidly and effectively. As a result, including RPA software bots into the flying experience can eliminate all the user concerns about flying.
