Abstract

The generation of secure key agreement procedures for dynamic group settings in contemporary communication systems is covered in this chapter. It addresses the particular security needs of dynamic groups and looks at different protocols, including group, pairwise, and hybrid methods. In addition, the chapter looks at their implementation, design, and real-world uses, stressing both their advantages and disadvantages. It utilizes security evaluations and performance measurements to compare current protocols, and it illustrates their applicability in cloud computing, IoT, and mobile networks through real-world best practices. Future research directions for next-generation key agreement protocols are also covered in this chapter.
