Abstract

This study highlights the importance of integrating National Board of Accreditation (NBA) processes in engineering education to ensure quality and relevance. It examines the implementation of curriculum objectives (COs) and program outcomes (POs) within engineering disciplines to meet NBA accreditation standards. COs guide curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment practices, while POs represent overarching goals for student learning and achievement. Effective implementation requires clear communication, faculty engagement, stakeholder involvement, and continuous improvement. By aligning educational activities with desired outcomes and accreditation standards, engineering programs can produce graduates well-prepared for professional careers. Integrating COs and POs also enhances the credibility and recognition of engineering programs, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and accountability.
