Today with the aid of computers, the Internet, and web-based technology, adult learners can learn at any time of their convenience regardless of the place of their residence. Also, the utilization of the new digital multimedia for online learning has turned what was once a learning fantasy into an instructional reality and made online courses closer than ever before to the face-to-face ones. While the Develop Stage provides of the 5Ds model provides the GPS for the online learning journey, the Deliver Stage is when the rubber meets the road. After completing the Develop Stage of the online course with the web-based instructional strategy and instructional package are both fully developed along with the course syllabus, the online instructor needs to build the course website. He/she also needs to set the stage for the road to the final destination where online course’s goal and objectives are.
