Abstract

Companies today appreciate the need for green operations. Organizations struggle to implement and maintain Green HRM, according to this study. AI is transforming HRM and positioning HR for environmental responsibility. A quantitative study of AI-powered Green HRM solutions included qualitative case studies and HR expert interviews. This study analyzes how AI affects green HRM practices like recruitment, training, employee involvement, and task monitoring. Key findings show AI enhances recruiting for environmentally conscious applicants. Research suggests that AI-driven data analytics and automation can tailor training programs to staff needs, creating a culture of continuous learning and environmental stewardship. The research shows that AI can streamline real-time sustainable development indicator monitoring and assessment. Organizations may better align HR with environmental goals. The study advances AI and Green HRM research and advises eco-friendly organizations. This essay promotes sustainable and socially responsible HRM, given the effect of AI.
