Abstract

This chapter examines the evolution of special education, beginning with Brown v. Board of Education and progressing through contemporary legislation. Through the lens of special education, this chapter will explore a comprehensive approach to learning, identifying fundamental changes, supports, and strategies developed over time to support students effectively.
