Operations are the most importance for organisations to manage the production process to produce and deliver final products to customers through the input-transformation-output model that all of firms have used this process to create them for customers. “Operations are the processes that take in a set of input resources, which are used to transform something, or are transformed themselves, into outputs of services and product.
