Abstract

The dynamic and competitive nature of e-commerce necessitates a focus on agility, responsiveness, and innovation within supply chains. This research explores the role of Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) in e-commerce supply chain management. We examine how the core dimensions of EO – innovativeness, reactiveness, and risk-taking – influence the design and performance of e-commerce supply chains. The study investigates how e-commerce specific factors, such as shorter product life cycles and rapid demand fluctuations, interact with EO to create competitive advantages. The research aims to contribute to the understanding of how firms can leverage EO to optimize their e-commerce supply chains and achieve superior performance in this rapidly evolving environment.
