Abstract

Chapter was unveiling the leadership that transforms innovation that is open, along with organizational performance. It tackles the issue of comprehending how styles of leadership impact innovation processes, and hence organizational performance. Quantitative founded scale used to collect data from corporate executives and workers across sectors. Mediation was used to study the interactions among proxies, providing information about direct and indirect impacts. The findings show a substantial positive association amongst Transformational Leadership and Corporate Performance, particularly Open Innovation acting as a key mediator. Specifically, transformational leadership improves company performance primarily directly and indirectly by encouraging open innovation methods. The research emphasizes the need of developing leadership skills that foster innovation and cooperation inside firms. Future research will look at the influence of contextual factors on these connections, as well as the functions of different leadership styles in diverse organizational contexts.
