Abstract

The design of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) is becoming more and more important in transforming the hotel sector. This chapter looks at the ways that digital advancements in UI/UX are changing dining and lodging establishments' consumer experiences. In order to provide seamless, personalized services that satisfy the increasingly demanding demands of tech-savvy visitors, hotels and restaurants are depending on mobile applications, self-service kiosks, and context-aware technologies as the industry changes. The chapter explores how good UI/UX design helps firms grow without sacrificing quality by improving customer satisfaction and streamlining operational efficiency. Hospitality case studies demonstrate how user-centered design promotes brand loyalty, lowers expenses, and enhances service delivery. The chapter also offers a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and practical ramifications of UI/UX in the hospitality industry.
