Abstract

The complicated relationship between work-life balance (WLB) and its effects on female entrepreneurs is examined in this study. As more women decide to start their own enterprises, they face particular difficulties running both their home and professional lives. These difficulties are made worse by gender stereotypes and cultural expectations. Challenges: Female entrepreneurs frequently struggle with time management, work overload, and limited access to business networks. Having a home and a business to manage increases stress, which can lead to financial issues, guilt, and exhaustion. Women face greater social pressure to excel in all areas of life, which makes it harder for women to find balance. Strategies and Impact:These barriers have been lessened by women entrepreneurs through case studies and tactics like task delegation, boundary setting, and technology use. Achieving a long-term work-life balance is essential for their long-term economic performance as well as their mental and physical health.
