Abstract

Work-life balance is so controversial. Business helps women to run their own lives, making it a crucial answer. We study how women's business supports women. Due of its benefits, many Indian women start enterprises. Females are mostly educated and professionalised in cities since rural India has traditional gender divisions. Entrepreneurship may help women financially, according to our research. Women's entrepreneurship is understudied despite the rise in women entering the workforce, especially in cities, because many work in the informal sector. Women entrepreneurs face funding, work-family balancing, and societal expectations. The analysis detects information gaps to better comprehend these concerns. Understanding why women become entrepreneurs, especially in non-traditional industries like globalisation and technology, is attempted. It helps women entrepreneurs comprehend work-life balance's social, psychological, economic, and cultural aspects. Reforms to laws and programs that help urban and rural women entrepreneurs combine work and life.
