What is Chi-Square Test

Encyclopedia of Business Analytics and Optimization
One of the most commonly used tests for goodness of fit of empirical data to specified theoretical frequency distribution. This test makes a comparison between the actual number of observations and the expected number of observations that falls in the class intervals.
