What is Exploitation
1.
A greedy strategy that seeks to improve one or more solutions to an optimization problem to take it to a maximum in its vicinity.

2.
Significant economic disparities exist in higher education among different classifications of instructors. Full-time instructors, especially those who are tenure-stream, typically have greater access to institutional resources (office space, technology, and professional development) and receive more financial compensation for their labor, while part-time, contingent instructors often have very little access to those institutional resources and are usually paid on a course-by-course basis from one term to the next. Because contingent instructors have less access to resources and compensation, the possibility that they will be exploited as workers is high, especially as national trends in higher education show that rough 70% of instructors are contingent.

3.
A greedy strategy that seeks to improve one or more solutions to an optimization problem to take it to their closest optima.
Learn more in: Nature Inspired Methods for Multi-Objective Optimization
4.
Once trafficked, individuals often become victims of
exploitation
. At its most basic,
exploitation
means treating someone unfairly to your own advantage or in order to benefit from their work. The United Nations states, “
Exploitation

12.
It is the process of finding the feasible solution around the candidate solutions in the search space. This step is used by all the optimization algorithms in order to find the local optima. The high
exploitation
power of an algorithm indicates its effectiveness and high convergence rate.
