What is Management Capacity

This chapter analyzes the application of E-Design and E-Development in real estate service management in Russian Federation. It includes five levels; each describes respectively the business management ability levels for real estate services of different levels of maturity. Through the application of the model, it indicates that E-Design and E-Development can help to continue upgrading the management capacity of real estate services using cloud computing and service delivery options for real estate technology solutions. The chapter shows why the first step is to gain a good understanding of how the technology solution will help to manage operational activities, control costs, and reduce risks.
