What is RDFS

Encyclopedia of Information Science and Technology, Third Edition
Resource Description Framework (RDF) is a general-purpose language for representing information on the Web. RDF Schema (RDFS - www.w3.org/TR/rdf-schema/ ) is a specification enabling the definition of RDF vocabularies.
