Handbook of Research on Educational Design and Cloud Computing in Modern Classroom Settings
Is the attempt to work with those who are concerned with the futures inquiry and its implications to generate a set of plausible divergent future worlds that can be productively used to test out current strategies. That is, scenario formulation is not only a foresight exercises, but mainly is a tool to challenge the assumptions of any given or inevitable future.

Abstract
As technology has become an agent of immense change, it has forced upon the education system Cloud Computing, which in the form of School on the Cloud will have significant future ripple effects. In moving from ground (present conditions) to Cloud (future conditions), there is a need to examine the educational enhancements and the future ramifications of this technology. The description of these effects represents the goal of this chapter, by reviewing the major aspects of the future of Cloud Based Education and by presenting the approach and the results of a foresight exercise, which have led to the development of a series of future scenarios related to the future roles of the major education stakeholders.

Scenarios for a Smart Tourism Destination Transformation: The Case of Cordoba, Spain
Is a thinking process of anticipating futures, without aiming to predict them but rather simulating some possible expectations following different paths and visions. A Smart City Integrates ICT (information and communication technologies) to improve the performance of public services such as energy, transportation, health, education, utilities in order to enhance the quality of life of its residents and the temporary tourists. The European Parliament (2014) added that smart cities must face three objectives: connectivity, sustainability and inclusiveness.
