Can be defined as the ability to access the content transmitted through the social media channel, the ability to analyze and evaluate this content, the ability to produce their own content in these media, the ability to use these media with awareness, a high level of consciousness, aware of their own security.

Abstract
With the inclusion of the internet in life, changes and transformations have occurred in almost every field at different points and continue to be experienced. This change and transformation can be seen in a positive way as well as in a negative way. The structure, which is equipped with new communication technologies, has affected the traditional habits and forms of communication. Different elements and concepts have been articulated with digital life into the types of violence. Cyberbullying, cyber harassment, cyber humiliation, and cyber victimization are among these concepts. In today's conditions, social media usage habits are increasing, and individuals naturally recognize different faces of these channels.
