The purpose of this paper is to present the use of the notion of simplexity to facilitate the design of virtual and immersive environments. Through ahistorical and argumentative excursus, the authors specify the motivations that have led to the introduction of the notion of simplexity as a natural support to the teaching-learning process, regardless of the environments virtual and immersive, and then explore the links with the latter. If immersiveness makes it possible to generate interactions in a physical space, projecting a world surrounding the user and proposing interactions (apt to foster the teaching-learning process), then one could adopt in the of design simplexity that takes into account cognitive, metacognitive, and motor processes, realizing a virtual reality perceived as credible explorable, interactive, and indeed, immersive.

The Internet has transformed people's way of life and their access to education in the 21st century. The use of digital technologies in education has become extremely prevalent. The teaching-learning environment has shifted dramatically with the advent of ICT. Although some institutions are still wedged to traditional teaching learning procedures, refusing to incorporate technological tools in their teaching and learning. Their teaching-learning is based on old techniques. The unexpected outburst of Covid-19 in March 2020 shuttered the entire world. This sudden outbreak revolutionizes the whole educational procedures overnights. Many academic institutions that were earlier resistant to use ICT in teaching-learning were compelled to use digital technologies in their teaching-learning process, the only option available. The article focused on the importance of ICT tools in the teaching and learning process, with accompanying challenges of the implementation. It further suggested ideas for teachers and learners about how to cope with these difficulties and obstacles.

Recently, CCTV surveillance applications have remarkably developed for public welfare. However, the investigation of different techniques for online implementation is always significantly restricted. Numerous implementations propose for detecting irregularities of moving objects in the videotape. Performance of fuzzy in trajectory's anomaly is one of the most robust detection procedures. In this paper, the authors propose a fuzzy implemented trajectory anomalies detection technique with the help of some parameters such as velocity, path deviation, and size of the moving objects. The critical aspect of the framework is a compact set of highly descriptive features extracted from a novel cell structure that helps us define support regions in a coarse-to-fine fashion. This paper also illustrates a small outline of different detection techniques. The authors also exhibit the outcome of experiments on the Queen Mary University of London junction dataset (QMUL).

The aim of this article is to review the concept of e-research and provide insight into the multidimensionality of technology-based research in educational science. First, existing theories that reflect different aspects of digital transformation in academic work were reviewed. Secondly, additional elements were proposed for writing the research methodology when conducting technology-based research in the educational sciences. Finally, a criteria tool was created to illustrate the idea of how some additional technological aspects could be included in technology-based research and/or e-research methodology. To illustrate the reviewed concepts in the context of educational sciences, each section is supplemented with examples of empirical studies, particularly paying attention to research methodology (i.e., research instruments, research procedure, data collection, etc.). In addition, the article touches upon aspects of researchers' digital literacy.
