In agriculture, web-based social media are increasingly used to share knowledge concerning best practices. One goal of agroecology is to reduce the use of synthetic chemical inputs. Agroecology represents a contrast with intensive agriculture in that it better manages interactions with life forms. It is crucial to help people share their knowledge to accomplish the agroecological transition. This paper proposes an analogy between the use of social media to facilitate (1) caring for plants in the context of agroecology and (2) preventing human diseases in the context of medicine. The authors created a bibliography of scientific publications related to social media use in preventative medicine to identify best practices for social media use (and the associated drawbacks) that can be applied to develop social media dedicated to agroecology.

The parents and transgressive variation lines of hybrids with significant difference in amylose content were selected to compare and analyze the accumulation characteristics of amylose and the change of OsRSR1 expression in grains in the process of grain filling, and the PCR technology was used to clone the OsRSR1 gene base sequence of four varieties. The results showed that the amylose content in grains increased gradually with grain filling process, the amylose content of offspring and parents with high amylose content were higher than the offspring and parents with low amylose content, hybrids could obtain the transgressive variation lines through the continuous directional selection of amylose content in grain, and the accumulation of amylose content in grain was closely related to genotypes. The expression quantity of OsRSR1 gene in grain was increasing during the grain filling process, the amylose content of grain was closely related to the activity of OsRSR1 gene, and the expression of grain OsRSR1 gene could also produce transgressive variation.

This paper proposes a method for evaluating the ecological value of coral reef resources and garden engineering construction assets. By analyzing the state transition of coral reef ecosystems after multiple disturbances, it is shown that ecological resilience is crucial to maintaining the stability and sustainability of the system. Among the many factors that determine coral reef ecosystems, the loss of biodiversity will make the system more vulnerable to external disturbances and continue to degrade. On the basis of relevant research work at home and abroad, combined with China's coral reef ecosystem monitoring capabilities, a set of evaluation index systems for China's coral reef ecosystems are proposed to provide a reference for in-depth understanding of the resilience of China's coral reef ecosystems, and establish a system to protect and improve coral reefs. Ecosystem-oriented management will provide more options for addressing the degradation of coral reef resources.
