IGI Global to Attend SLA 2017 Annual Conference

By IGI Global on Jun 15, 2017
IGI Global is attending the SLA 2017 Annual Conference in Phoenix, Arizona from June 18-20.

The SLA Conference, hosted by Special Librarians Association (SLA), is a premier event highlighting the latest trends in information and knowledge management. Thousands of special librarians and information professionals will be engaged in interactive panels, activities and training sessions during this year's “The Future is Now” themed conference.

The main keynote speakers slated for the event include National Public Radio’s reporter, Lulu Miller, and associate professor of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics at the University of Texas at Austin, Moriba Jah.

IGI Global will be at Booth #317 and the manager of e-resources will be on hand to meet with the attendees to speak on the newest, trending research that is being published within IGI Global's 11 information science and technology subject areas including government, medicine, education, business and engineering. Special offers will be available at the conference, including IGI Global's print to e-resources transition program, credit opportunities and the new InfoSci-eJournal Collections.

Attendees that stop by the booth will be entered in exclusive giveaway and be able to pick up complimentary articles from the forthcoming Encyclopedia of Information Science and Technology, Fourth Edition, Hershey’s Chocolate, luggage tags and more!
