Virtual Libraries, Cloud Computing, And Open AccessFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

October 14 2015, Hershey, PA – IGI Global, an international publisher of progressive information science and technology research, is proud to announce the launch of their new Open Access program, allowing individuals and institutions unrestricted access to content published in scholarly, peer-reviewed publications.

Unlike traditional subscription-based publishing models, open access content is available without having to purchase or subscribe to the book or journal in which the content is published. In order to better serve the academic community and meet the needs of our authors, IGI Global is pleased to join the Open Access movement by bringing the Hybrid Open Access model to several of its established subscription-based journals.

The premier article offered in the Open Access program is featured in the scholarly International Journal of Mobile Human Computer Interaction (IJMHCI), edited by Dr. Joanna Lumsden of Aston University, UK. Founded in 2009, this journal has been indexed by Scopus, INSPEC, ACM, PsycINFO, and DBLP.

"Investigating UI Displacements in an Adaptive Mobile Homescreen," written by School of Computing Science, University of Glasgow scholars Lauren Norrie and Roderick Murray-Smith, is now available for free download at this link: https://www.igi-global.com/pdf.aspx?tid=138968&ptid=131823&ctid=4&oa=true
