The digital world is rapidly changing and there is a substantial amount of data and information being shared online all over the world, creating a critical need for simultaneous security and privacy applications. Blockchain technology is transforming the way we do business and is helping to significantly reduce costs and boost efficiency, while also interacting with cyber security and enhancing the security of shared data, making it difficult or impossible to hack or cheat the system. With ever-increasing complexity of network systems, blockchain applications along with secure computing become challenged by surfacing problems and demands and staying informed on the latest developments is crucial.
IGI Global’s newest journal,
International Journal of Blockchain Applications and Secure Computing (IJBASC), edited by Dr. Weizhi Meng from Technical University of Denmark, Denmark, is a gold open access journal that aims to provide a platform for professionals to demonstrate the challenges, solutions, and future of blockchain and secure computing. IJBASC showcases the latest advancements and innovations in the realm of blockchain technology. It covers a vast range of topics, including blockchain applications, consensus algorithm, smart contract, security, privacy, and trust computing. IJBASC accepts a variety of submissions, including research papers, research reviews/surveys, research and practice notes, and case studies that relate to the many areas of blockchain technology and secure computing.
Additional Topics Covered by IJBASC:- Authentication
- Blockchain System Design
- Cryptocurrency
- Dependable and Secure Protocols
- Financial Applications
- Information Security
- Intrusion Detection
- IoT/CPS Security
- Network Security
- System Security
- Usability and User Studies
- Vulnerability Detection
IJBASC is currently inviting esteemed researchers to submit their high-quality research manuscripts for publication consideration.
The open access Article Processing Charge (APC) for publishing in IJBASC is US $1,300*, which includes full publishing services such as manuscript tracking, typesetting, online hosting, line-by-line English language copy editing and proofreading, among other items. More information regarding APCs and what they cover can be found on the
journal's webpage. Open Access (OA) publishing presents tremendous opportunities for content sharing and discoverability, as OA content generally benefits from
89% higher download rates.
Other Editorial Opportunities:
