FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Hershey, PA (USA) – May 22, 2019 – IGI Global, an international academic publisher, recently had their journal, the International Journal of Public Administration in the Digital Age (IJPADA), indexed in Scopus, the world’s largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature.

This journal joins more than 70 other IGI Global journals that have been accepted into this prestigious index. To be accepted, each journal must undergo a rigorous review process as they are examined based on the quality of the publication’s content coverage, significant scholarship within the field of research, and impact on the academic community.

Edited by Prof. Manuel Pedro Rodríguez Bolívar from Universidad de Granada, Spain, the International Journal of Public Administration in the Digital Agee (IJPADA) seeks to examine both the impact of information technology (IT) on public and nonprofit organizations, and the implementation of information technology for improving urban or regional governance. The research, provided by a growing list of more than 500+ contributors from countries in six continents, also studies the impact of IT on reforming and changing public and nonprofit organizations both internally (transparency, efficiency, etc.) and externally (outcomes and impact on society).

“IJPADA is covered in many international indices of quality. Among them, the journal is indexed in Web of Science’s Emerging Sources Citation Index, ACM Digital Library, and recently, in Scopus. The journal will be moving forward to be included in other prestigious indices. Thus, all papers are blind review by a panel of international high-quality scholars,” stated Prof. Manuel Pedro Rodríguez Bolívar.

For more information on IJPADA or to submit a paper to this journal, please visit the journal’s webpage. Additionally, view all IGI Global’s journals that have been indexed in Scopus, or download the comprehensive full journal title list here.

A sincere thanks to the dedicated Editors-in-Chief, Managing Editors, Associate Editors, Editorial Review Boards, and all those associated with the journals for their outstanding efforts and in maintaining the high quality and ethical standards for their journals. In collaboration with IGI Global, these prestigious leaders in the academic community are ensuring the widespread dissemination of exceptional and vetted research.

All IGI Global’s scholarly journals that have been accepted into Scopus, which include notable titles such as Information Resources Management Journal (IRMJ) edited by Prof. George Kelly from University of Massachusetts, USA, Journal of Electronic Commerce in Organizations (JECO) edited by Prof. Pedro Isaias from University of Queensland, Australia, and Journal of Global Information Management (JGIM) edited by Prof. Justin Zhang from University of North Florida, USA, are all available through IGI Global’s InfoSci®-Journals database, a database of over 25,000+ peer-reviewed articles with over 1,000,000+ citation references sourced from 185+ scholarly journals, with an annual subscription (2000-2020) price offered as low as US$ 5,350 (one-time perpetual purchase for current volume year (2020) offered as low as US$ 5,450*).

This database provides key features including no embargo of content (research available months in advance of print), no DRM, unlimited simultaneous users, full-text PDF and HTML format, as well as the opportunity to take advantage of our transformative Open Access (OA) Fee Waiver (Offset Model) Initiative.

For any library that invests in IGI Global's InfoSci-Journals, IGI Global will match the library’s investment with a fund of equal value to go toward subsidizing the OA article processing charges (APCs) for their students, faculty, and staff at that institution when their work is submitted and accepted under OA into an IGI Global journal.**

Purchase or recommend IGI Global’s InfoSci-Journals database to your institution’s librarian to access the valuable resources within this research database and to provide your institution with an additional source of OA funding.
