Ms. Iman Magdy Khamis, Northwestern University in Qatar, Qatar
Ms. Iman Magdy Khamis is a data scientist and director of the library at Northwestern Qatar. Prior to joining Northwestern Qatar, she worked at Bibliotheca Alexandrina. Iman's research interests include machine learning and artificial intelligence in libraries. She is the author of two chapters on the concepts used by data scientists to build chatbots and book recommender systems in the Handbook of Research on Advancements of Contactless Technology and Service Innovation in Library and Information Science. She is currently enrolled in EdD at Johns Hopkins University.
Ms. Iman Magdy Khamis has contributed several publications to IGI Global Scientific Publishing, including the edited book titled Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Libraries as well as two book chapters, The Use of Machine Learning in Libraries: How to Build a Book Recommender System and Building a Chatbot for Libraries, which were published in Handbook of Research on Advancements of Contactless Technology and Service Innovation in Library and Information Science.

Prof. Kevin Arms, Lake-Sumter State College, USA
Prof. Kevin Arms has over 10 years of experience in library and learning services and currently serves as the Associate Dean of Library and Learning Services at Lake-Sumter State College. He oversees a joint-use public library serving a diverse community in one of Florida's fastest-growing areas. He has a Master of Library and Information Science focused on special collections, as well as a Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing. Kevin is passionate about information literacy and digital content creation and teaches English as an adjunct professor. As the college archivist, he advocates for college archives as spaces for engagement and contribution to community history. Kevin has published articles in Public Libraries Online and has reached the quarterfinals in the BlueCat Screenplay Competition with his short screenplay “We Were Never Right.” In his free time, he enjoys theater, podcasting, and video production, and has earned awards as a playwright.

Dr. Kyla Tennin is a United Nations Global Ambassador for Peace (for the African Union 6th Region, African Diaspora) for women’s empowerment, economic development, financial investment, and sustainable development goals achievement. Also, she is a leader in various roles at investment forums, conferences, and summits where she works with Presidents of Nations, Heads of Banks, Prime Ministers, High Commissioners, and Chambers of Commerce and other business leaders to strategize and make business decisions to help businesses start-up, advance, and/or scale to improve economic development, promote social justice, and create jobs in various nations. She contributed to the accreditation process at the University of Phoenix College of Doctoral Studies and completed additional studies (to launch and scale corporations) at Harvard, Harvard Law (e.g. contracts and negotiation), Stanford, Yale, University of Cape Town, Cornell University - The Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell (certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship – sponsored by Bank of America), and University of Glasgow to name a few. She has personally written approximately 18 books, 3 book chapters with colleagues, 3 patents, several other intellectual properties, and nearly 85 research reports, later conceptualized into products and services for global businesses. Operating in 31 countries, with 24 locations, on 6 continents, and 2 world headquarters. She was awarded over 30 corporate awards, primarily in the financial services industry, mentored entrepreneurs for 22 years with global organizations and world-renowned corporations and Development Banks and Commercial and Retail Banks as sponsors, and currently owns a business academy, women’s entrepreneurship academy, and women’s entrepreneurship bootcamp program where entrepreneurship, resilience, finance, pricing and tax strategy, research methodology and data analysis for consultants, personal and business credit, corporate governance and risk management, digital transformation, property ownership (real estate (e.g. commercial and residential)), and other courses are taught.
