Abstract

The present-day world community is continually confronted with issues, among which terrorism is within the first put. This phenomenon is rooted in the past. The premise for the rise and advancement of terrorism was property and social imbalance, the breakdown of the existing way of life, contrasts in attitude, and the objective got to alter the direction of the improvement of civilization. Nowadays, among the reasons for the intense outbreak of terrorism, one can title the multi-speed improvement and the increasing speed of the crevice between the wealthy and the destitute on a residential and worldwide scale, the speeding up of the substitution of technology and innovation, the commercialization of all angles of life, and as a result, the deterioration of ethical establishments. An armed force of Islamists from the Islamic State organization, known by the acronym ISIS, in a brief time blew up the Near and Middle East, as well as a portion of North Africa. They say they proposed to unite all Muslims within the world, but the primary ones they murder are the Muslims.
