Abstract

The technological change in the industrial field, which started with Industry 1.0, called the “Industrial Revolution,” is now moving towards a new era called Industry 4.0. With the pandemic process that started in 2020, remote working systems have become widespread and remote working has been carried out mostly with digital tools. In the continuation of the process in which the pandemic was experienced very intensely, a process accepted as the new normal took place This change and development in the industrial field also affects the workforce behaviorally. This research examines the occupational commitment levels of the employee in the aviation industry during the post-pandemic period and offers suggestions for the future. Participants consist of airport employees operating in Turkey. According to the results of the research, the occupational commitment levels of the participants was high.
