Abstract

In developing countries, an infinity of projects and interventions are implemented, many of them are dedicated to satisfying basic needs, but when these projects end, the situation continues in the same way or even a dependency relationship has been generated that it is detrimental. With this intervention, the aim is to implement a sustainable business model over time that can promote a local women's co-operative and that allows them to have a stable source of income while benefiting the community at the same time. For this, an analysis of the Oromia region has been carried out and an approach based on human rights has been used. The results with projects like this in other regions of the world are very satisfactory and the advantages of this have been recognized by international organizations. For this reason, the ideation of interventions with a positive impact at an environmental, social, and economic level is of vital importance.
