Artificial intelligence (AI) is already being used in many industries globally, and now continues to permeate itself in many areas of business at an alarming rate today leaving many managers, leaders, and organizations wondering what impact it will have on themselves and their businesses. Therefore, it is important to understand the history of AI, AI technologies available today and currently being developed, how AI is implemented in business, AI-human interaction, and what impact AI has and will have on global labor.


This book aims to provide relevant theoretical frameworks and the latest empirical research findings in the area of artificial intelligence history, implementation, and impact on human behavior and human labor.

Target Audience

The target audience of this book will be scholars, academics, and professionals working in various disciplines such as: information and communication technologies, computer science, big data analytics and visualizations, manufacturing, autonomous vehicles, machine learning, electronic virtual assistants, and computer vision who want to improve their understanding of artificial intelligence and electronic virtual assistants use in business and their impact on human behavior and global labor.

Submission Procedure

Full chapters are expected to be submitted by March 26, 2021, and all interested authors must consult the guidelines for manuscript submissions at prior to submission. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project.

Note: There are no submission or acceptance fees for manuscripts submitted to this book publication, AI Tools and Electronic Virtual Assistants for Improved Business Performance. All manuscripts are accepted based on a double-blind peer review editorial process.
