The concept of governance is not a new one but nowadays we hear words as corporate governance, organizational governance or good governance frequently. Corporate governance can be considers as an environment of trust, ethics, moral values and confidence, as a synergistic effort of all the constituent parts, that is the stakeholders, including state, the public etc, professional, service providers, and the corporate sector. One of the consequences of a concern with the actions of an organisation, and the consequences of those actions, has been an increasing concern with corporate governance.


The purpose of this book is to facilitate researchers and policy experts for effective, entrepreneurial and prudent management that can deliver the long-term success of the company. Corporate governance is the system by which companies are directed and controlled. This book discuss different theories of boards of directors are responsible for the governance of their companies and their practices around the globe.

Submission Procedure

Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit on or before April 1, 2020, a chapter proposal of 1,000 to 2,000 words clearly explaining the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter. Authors will be notified by April 3, 2020 about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines. Full chapters are expected to be submitted by May 31, 2020, and all interested authors must consult the guidelines for manuscript submissions at prior to submission. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project.

Note: There are no submission or acceptance fees for manuscripts submitted to this book publication. All manuscripts are accepted based on a double-blind peer review editorial process.
