The development of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) is upsetting organizations. In particular, fintech are developing very rapidly, disrupting the management of financial institutions (banks and insurance) and their client companies. Digital financial services are becoming increasingly popular with customers, what drives financial institutions to review their management (human resources management, innovation management, leadership, strategic management, cultural management, communication, employees’ interaction management, team management, skills management, customer relationship management, supplier relationship management, ...).
Fintech are redefining organizational practices as well as business models of financial institutions, which requires the need to transform their management. Fintech have become an actor in the business ecosystem. Indeed, they notably offer new means of financing for SMEs through crowdfunding, and facilitate the transfer of funds anywhere in the world. They can also change how people run their businesses and rely on blockchain. This can transform management in companies that use fintech.
