Recent advancement, opportunities and challenges for Bio-Medical image processing based intelligent agent and authentication in telemedicine presents the leading approach of bio-medical image processing for medical image processing. It comprises bio-medical image enhancement, organ segmentation from different imaging modalities, disease classification using machine learning and deep learning models, and their potentials contributions in disease diagnostic and detection system. It also includes all-embracing surroundings for the expansion of semi-automated or fully automated systems based on soft computing and machine learning or deep learning techniques in bio-medical image processing. The book introduces recent advancement, opportunities and challenges for bio-medical imaging based intelligent agent and authentication in telemedicine. The chapter of the book also includes the design of high accuracy decision support systems assists and eases the job of healthcare practitioners and suits a variety of applications. With the integration of ML and IoT, human visual psychometrics helps to meet the demands of radiologists in improving the efficiency and quality of diagnosis in dealing with unique and complex diseases in real time by reducing human errors and allowing fast and rigorous analysis.

Submission Procedure

Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit on or before July 20, 2022, a chapter proposal of 1,000 to 2,000 words clearly explaining the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter. Authors will be notified by August 3, 2022 about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines.Full chapters are expected to be submitted by October 2, 2022, and all interested authors must consult the guidelines for manuscript submissions at prior to submission. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project.

Note: There are no submission or acceptance fees for manuscripts submitted to this book publication, Advancements in Bio-Medical Image Processing and Authentication in Telemedicine. All manuscripts are accepted based on a double-blind peer review editorial process.
