Introduction

Artificial Intelligence (AI) creates value for the organization and its workers. In organizations that espouse digital cultures, AI has become a vital source for disruption, process transformation, and business model innovation (Ransbotham et al., 2020). Recent research, however, has indicated that organizations have yet to reap the envisaged advantages of AI implementation and adoption, despite spending resources, efforts, and time.
