Introduction

Entrepreneurial leadership is a critical component of organizational success, especially in today's rapidly changing global environment. However, the concept of entrepreneurial leadership is not universal, and different cultures may have different interpretations and expectations of what it entails. Therefore, understanding and developing a cross-cultural construct of entrepreneurial leadership is essential for organizations that operate in diverse cultural contexts. This book proposes to explore the concept of entrepreneurial leadership through a cross-cultural lens and provide practical guidance on developing and measuring a cross-cultural construct of entrepreneurial leadership.

Objective

There are few books that specifically address the topic of entrepreneurial leadership from a cross-cultural perspective. Therefore, this book is unique and offers a fresh perspective on the topic. The book covers both theoretical and practical aspects of developing and measuring a cross-cultural construct of entrepreneurial leadership. Additionally, the book offers practical guidance and case studies to illustrate the concepts discussed, making it a valuable resource for business leaders, entrepreneurs, and academics.

Target Audience

This book is intended for entrepreneurs, business leaders, HR managers, academics, and students interested in cross-cultural entrepreneurship and leadership development.
