Introduction

In an age defined by artificial intelligence, global volatility, and rapid organizational change, the need for grounded, human-centered leadership has never been greater. Inspiring Transformation Through AI-Powered Whole-Person Leadership: Synchronicity, Self-Efficacy, and Servant Leadership explores how leaders can harmonize technological advancement with timeless human values to cultivate ethical, resilient, and purpose-driven organizations. Rooted in three foundational theories – Carl Jung’s synchronicity, Albert Bandura’s social cognitive theory, and servant leadership – this edited volume invites scholars and practitioners to examine how unseen synergy, intentional action, and humble service converge to inspire transformation across sectors. The book presents a new paradigm for understanding leadership as an integrated process of spirit, soul, and body – where meaning, emotion, and stewardship align to empower both individual and collective flourishing in an AI-driven world. Contributors will join an interdisciplinary community of thought leaders exploring how faith, science, and human consciousness intersect with leadership practice, revealing how whole-person leadership can create organizations that are not only effective, but also life-giving.

Objective

The primary objective of this publication is to advance the field of leadership and organizational studies by introducing a whole-person model of leadership that integrates inner transformation with outward performance. The book aims to: • Illuminate how the intersection of synchronicity, self-efficacy, and servant leadership can strengthen ethical decision-making, collaboration, and resilience in technologically complex environments. • Bridge gaps between theory and practice by offering frameworks, case studies, and research-driven insights that connect human wholeness with AI-driven innovation. • Provide educators, researchers, and practitioners with actionable strategies for cultivating leadership that balances spiritual awareness, emotional intelligence, and physical stewardship. • Inspire new directions for interdisciplinary research that link organizational effectiveness, moral intelligence, and sustainable human development. Ultimately, the book seeks to ignite a movement toward AI-powered whole-person leadership – where transformation begins within the leader and radiates outward through meaningful influence and service to others.
