Return Policy

IGI Global accepts returns when prior authorization is provided. Returns must be authorized within 7 days of the invoice date (within 14 days for international customer) and items must arrive back to our warehouse in their original condition. IGI Global is not responsible for any return shipping charges. No refunds will be provided for electronic products purchased on our website.

Claims for missing or damaged publications will be honored up to three months in the United States and six months for international orders. Please apply in writing to the customer service email below giving full details of the claim(s). All claims are subject to review.
