Keywords

Comma separated list of 8-15 keywords that figure prominently in your manuscript. These words should primarily include important vocabulary, names of people, and names of organizations. We will use these terms to generate the index for the journal issue. Please do not include words that are part of the journal title or manuscript title.

Abstract

Your abstract should provide readers with an overview of the content of your manuscript. It is important that your abstract clearly states the purpose of your manuscript and summarizes the content. Do not use first or second person (I, me, my, we, us, our, you...). Instead use "this manuscript per the authors".

I understand that effective January 1, 2021 this journal converted from publishing under a Hybrid Open Access Model to a Gold Open Access Model (meaning all published content of the journal will be open access from January 1st, 2021 onward) and that following a full double-blind peer review, if my article is accepted following the outcome of the peer review, I will be requested to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) in the amount of $0 USD which helps offset the cost to develop and maintain the digital tools used to manage the article manuscript submission and review process, typesetting, online hosting, editorial work, and the overall production of the article in the absence of subscription revenue. Also, that under open access I will retain the full copyright of my work as it will be published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licensing arrangement.

Please note that any IGI Global's Author Services that have been paid for upfront prior to submission of the article manuscript, can be deducted from the Article Processing Charge (APC).

Although this journal has a much lower APC than most academic journals, we do understand that it can be a process to secure funding. For more information regarding Gold Open Access, APCs, and subsidization, discount, and waiver programs, please view the following webpage.

Open Access creates tremendous opportunities for increased visibility of your work, thus leading to greater recognition across major indexes. Also, when eligible this journal will be submitted for consideration to the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ). Due to the fact that published articles of the journal will no longer be blocked by a paywall in order to access the content, the opportunities are truly endless for wider recognition and use of the work. Greater content access also increases the potential of piquing the interest of other researchers in the field for future collaboration opportunities as well as potential research funding opportunities.
