The International Journal of Human Capital and Information Technology Professionals (IJHCITP) focuses on the IT field from the outlook of industry professionals and covers multidisciplinary themes such as human resource management, sociology, psychology, and management along with technology itself. Representing IT professionalism from the human capital point of view, the journal publishes original research papers, research notes, reviews, and cases on all aspects of IT professionalism, technology-related careers, personnel empowerment, organizational management and cutting edge technologies affecting IT practitioners. This journal emphasizes articles linking theory with application or critically analyzing cases with the objective of identifying good practice in the management of IT human capital.

Sanjay Misra is Full Professor of Computer (Soft) engineering(since Jan 2010) & presently in Covenant University,Nigeria. He has 25 years of wide experience in academic administration & researches in various universities in Asia, Europe & Africa. He is the most productive researcher (SciVal (Scopus) analysis) in Nigeria (2012-2017 and 2013-2018) total around 300(majority of them in WOS-80 in JCR/SCIE Journals) in the core and related area of Soft.Engg. & got several awards for outstanding publications (2014 IET Software Premium Award (UK), TUBITAK-Turkish Higher Education, & Atilim University). He has delivered more than 80 keynote/invited talks in several int. conferences & institutes around the world (travelled more than 60 countries). He is EIC of- Advances in IT Personnel and Project Management -IGI Global, IJPS & Covenant J.ICT, editor (1of) in31 Lecture Notes in Computer Science (Springer), 6 Xplore proceedings. He is founder of 3 symposiums in Soft.Engg. (SEPA & ISSQ(Since 2009,in Springer)&TTSDP(since 2009-IEEE).
