Abstract

The disappointment that organizations find themselves in with regards to viability is a direct result of reality being less than their expectations. Organizations have become accustomed to trying to set objectives that are just simply out of reach at times and this dynamic has played itself out to the dismay of many in the online marketing domain in part because true north has been elusive. This is the hallmark of arguments that are qualified because qualification is the domain of ambiguity. It is through this ambiguity that disappointment has been able to make a permanent abode in all too many businesses. It is only by migrating the organization to a metrics driven enterprise that a business stands a chance to cease to find disappointment because after all it is the numbers that always reveal truth.
