Abstract

Dynamic adaptive hypermedia is a technological approach that adapts the content and presentation of information according to the needs and preferences of each learner, according to their learning style which is the way they prefer to receive, process, and assimilate information. This chapter consists of examining how to integrate learning styles in the development of a dynamic adaptive hypermedia system in online teaching and exploits its richness to improve the effectiveness of online teaching, To this end and to contribute to the development of a structure based on the learning styles of a dynamic adaptive hypermedia for online teaching, vary depending on the specific implementation of the characteristics of the learner which makes it possible to evaluate learning styles for personalized adaptation by valuing the impact of adapting learning styles on learning outcomes, knowledge retention, and learner satisfaction.
