Amritesh

Amritesh is presently working as Assistant Professor (Services Marketing Area) at IIT Ropar. Prior to that, he has held positions as Assistant Professor (Marketing Management) at BITS Pilani Dubai Campus and Senior Researcher in a European research project OPAALS. He has completed his Ph.D. from IIT Kanpur, India. His research articles have appeared in reputed international journals and his top three areas of research interest include Transformative Services, Consumer Research, and Online Marketing.
