Alisha S. Rodgers

Alisha Rodgers is a PhD student in engineering education at the School of Engineering, University of Warwick. Her work investigates STEM ethnicity degree awarding gaps with a specific focus on engineering undergraduate students. In 2021, she completed an MEng degree in Systems Engineering at the University of Warwick, undertaking engineering education-related projects during her third and fourth years of study.
