Antonio Portela Pruaño Ph.D., is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Didactics and School Organization at the University of Murcia’s Faculty of Education, Spain. His research interests are in the areas of teacher development and educational administration and leadership. He is a former secondary school teacher and department head.
