Catherine Forsman

Catherine.Forsman is currently an independent consultant, providing training and assistance in usability and usability testing, analyzing users and users’ tasks, and reviewing products and documentation. From 1996 to the present, Catherine has worked on numerous projects for major American and European companies such as Siemens, NY Times, Goldman Sachs, MapInfo, and Delta Airlines. Her most current endeavor is documenting user behavior in the United States after hurricane Katrina in New Orleans.
