|Cristina Rodrigues - Contributing Author|Cristina S. Rodrigues is an Assistant Professor at the University of Minho, where teaches and is responsible for courses in applied statistics at undergraduate and postgraduate studies in engineering. She holds a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering (2008), specialization in Numerical and Statistical Methods from the University of Minho, a Msc in Business Sciences (2002) from a School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto, a Graduation in Engineering and Industrial Management (1994) from University of Aveiro. Her current research interests are in industrial engineering and quality management, entrepreneurship, engineering education, research by questionnaire, experimental design and multivariate statistics analysis.
