Dario Cavenago

Dario Cavenago is Full Professor in Management at the Department of Business and Law, University of Milano-Bicocca. He is Deputy Director of the Department of Business and Law and the Director of the master programme in Management for Human Capital Development (MACU). He teaches the course “Business Ethics and sustainable management” in the Master degree course MAGES (Management and Design of Services” and the course “Management of social entreprises” in the Bachelor degree course SCOR (Organization Science) at the University of Milano-Bicocca. Among his main research interests are: business ethics; the role of human capital within the firm with a focus on innovation; knowledge management within strategic change in cities; local governments and network systems; social entrepreneurship and non-profit organisations; governance and business models. Over the course of his career he has written hundreds of contributions for scientific journals and academic books.
