Desislava Stoilova

Desislava StoilovaDesislava Stoilova joined the Faculty of Economics at the South-West University “Neofit Rilski”, Bulgaria after her graduation (Master’s degree in Finance) in 1999 as an assistant professor. In 2006 she obtained Ph.D. in Finance with a thesis in the field of financial decentralization and intergovernmental fiscal relations. Since 2010 Desislava Stoilova is an associate professor at the South-West University “Neofit Rilski”. Currently, she teaches financial subjects and participates in a variety of research projects. Desislava Stoilova is author of more than 50 publications primarily intended to promote the application of effective methods and tools for financial management in the public and private sector.
