Dilbag Singh is a Professor of hotel Management at City University Ludhiana, Punjab. He has a PhD in Hotel Management and has been teaching and researching in this field for more than 13 years. He has published several papers and books on topics such as hospitality marketing, customer satisfaction, and service quality. He is passionate about imparting practical skills and knowledge to his students and preparing them for the dynamic and competitive hospitality industry.
